Transforming
Energies for February 3, 2010
Greetings
everyone! Whew! Have the energies been intense or what? Are
you or have you experienced any of the following?
~ feeling
anxious – like in a pressure cooker – for no real “reason”
~ feeling out
of balance and it is hard to get balanced no matter what
tool you try
~ sleeping
like the “dead” yet waking up tired
~ dreaming
strange dreams, even having busy dreams where you are
working away all night
~ not feeling
like you wish to be around others, or groups, yet feel
isolated
~ tension in
the neck and shoulders, achy muscles
~ sinus!
~ forgetting
what you were going to say, what you were looking for, just
those little mind lapse
~ alternating
from feeling over energized where you can’t concentrate and
feel like a caged lion, to the extreme opposite where you
are lethargic and don’t really wish to move.
~ feeling
that you need more space, more quite time & soothing energy
around you
~ extra
sensitive to sound & light – every thing seems louder,
brighter and more amplified to the point it is uncomfortable
to listen to the radio or tv
~ some have
reported their masculine side (right side of body) has
blockages
~ feeling
like our hormones are out of balance (which they are!)
From personal
experience we are entering into another intense energy
phase. The “Wolf full moon” (wasn’t it simply gorgeous?) is
the closest the moon gets to earth, and it was so huge one
would think you could have just reached out and touched it.
Since the moon energy has been getting stronger each month,
it only makes sense that this one in particular would be
intense!
Full moon
energy is brought forth to clear all that is no longer
needed in our lives. The new moon is the time that we set
our intents of how we wish to experience life. With the
increase of energy this full moon brought, it is only
natural that it is upsetting our “apple cart” so to speak.
We have not had such a spike in energy for quite some time.
New
vibrations have been down loading in massive doses for the
past week and though it is slowing some what it is still
steady. This is our next “shift in consciousness”. What does
this mean? Every so often we receive major energy downloads
to move us out of where we currently reside into a higher
vibration of being. Of course this is uncomfortable as we
must once again “change”. We are forced to review that in
our life that is not working, or no longer working, and take
action steps to release those patterns and move forward into
healthier patterns.
February is
the perfect month to begin Dreaming Your New Dream. Yet you
must be aware that in order to Dream that New Dream, you
must first be willing to change. Change all that is keeping
you from dreaming and achieving. Change, whew is that a
difficult word? Is it slightly frightening, the prospect of
actually evaluating your life, reviewing what is keeping you
from your goal then actually taking life changing steps? We
all have at least “something” in our lives that require
change. If your life is already perfect then I can only
assume you read my letters for mere amusement!
So what
changes do you need to make? How is your health? Are you
feeling perfectly healthy in every way? Do you need to loose
weight, lower your blood pressure, exercise, eat healthier,
or release addictions (over eating, drugs (including
prescription) smoking, or alcohol)?
Emotionally,
do you need to change? Is your mind quiet or chatty? Do you
have anger that is repressed? Are you emotionally over
sensitive? Or are you numbed out because life at times is
too challenging?
Spiritually
are you still growing or have you become stagnate? Do you
need to change your spiritual practice? Perhaps add in some
additional quiet time with God? Or maybe it is time to
stretch?
To ease into
change, a wonderful new book is out by Neal Donald Walsch,
When Everything Changes, Change Everything. His words can
gracefully guide you through changes in life.
The good news
is although change can be difficult for us (all in the
perception it is, you make it as difficult as you want by
resisting) the energy also supports expansion and will bring
the tools necessary to you at this time. When we surrender
to releasing that which is not for our highest good, and
embrace this new change of energy, we find ourselves
stretching beyond our current limitations, and
understandability into a new frontier of deeper inner
knowing and wisdom.
I have spoken
to you before about laying our foundations and this is a
test and a means to lay that first layer of our foundation.
Our foundation begins with who we are and what are we meant
to do. Going within, discovering who you are, accepting and
loving that person, (warts and all) is the beginning of the
construction phase.
So for this
month spend as much time in the “inner” world, getting to
know your mind, body and spirit. Finding which part of you
is out of balance, or what you are doing to keep yourself
from being balanced. What habits, addictions, thought
processes are keeping you from moving forward? What tools
could you use to “shift” you from that space into a new
healthier space?
For myself, I
find that the negative programming of early childhood still
runs the show at times when I loose awareness. Some of this
programming has been firmly implanted and runs silently in
the background (like a movie you have seen a hundred times
and know all the words to, so that while you are watching it
you are no longer listening).
Right now we
are going through a re-wiring process. With the higher
vibrations coming in, our physical bodies are once again
lagging behind and our brains are being challenged and
re-wired. In order to evolve we must stretch our mind beyond
our current limitations and programming, and in essence
learn how to re-program or re-wire our brain back to its
natural pure state.
So what can
one do? I have found a wonderful book, Heal Your Mind,
Rewire Your Brain, by Pat Lind-Kyle that is simply awesome!
In her books she explains the different parts of our brain
and the function of each. Then she goes into meditation and
shows how meditation can “re-wire” our brain, eventually
releasing those old worn out patterns and assist you in
establishing new healthier patterns. Her website is: http://www.healrewireyourbrain.com
. In addition to this book, she also has a meditation cd
available (also available for instant mp3 down load for
those eager beavers like myself that doesn’t want to wait
for it to be shipped! : ) that works with the alpha, beta
and theta waves. Her voice is soothing and relaxing. I found
this book to be interesting as well as beneficial through
the re-wiring process, which by the way isn’t over night, or
within a week. It is a process, and a process takes time,
yet you will be able to experience the results daily. (sorry
about that for the “gota have it now folks”!)
And did you
know that Yoga enhances meditation as well as it is great
for exercise? Performing simple yoga exercises before
meditation removes blockages in the body and prepares your
mind to be more receptive to the meditation. If you are
using hypnosis for any means, you may want to try a few yoga
stretches before beginning and see what happens!
