Transforming Energies for March 9, 2010

Hello everyone! We are in our second week of March - where is time going? As you know I try to figure out the "pattern" of the month's energy and pass on what information I am gathering to aid you all in your ascension process. I do hope this information is helpful.

Many have described the current energy as feeling "stuck" and "anxious" and I agree. Yet I want to know what purpose this energy is serving.

I have been guided recently to read several books that are on the mind/brain and emotional systems. I still find it fascinating to read about the correlation of the mind/body/spirit. One of the things that keeps coming to up is that our primal energy patterns, those patterns that were developed in our early developmental stages are coming back up to be cleared once and for all. We all have had "issues" and most have worked on those issues extensively. Yet they still seem to "pop" up from time to time again. Right now, I believe is another one of those times and this "stuck - anxious" energy is the supporting system that enables us to go deeper inside of self to bring up the core issues, emotions, and feelings to heal those unhealthy patterns. Often times the primal energy and patterns are stuck in the physical body as well as the emotional system.

I have found the usual diet, exercise, and relaxing music etc. is still effective yet I have just discovered an ancient secret that quickly and gently releases the old primal energy. Yin Yoga is a gentle slow stretch Yoga, and is especially for those of us that are not up for high impact exercise. I have been practicing Yin Yoga Meridian poses and it is remarkable of how much energy is cleared each time I do it. A good book is Insight Yoga by Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley. Keep in mind this is not a one time fix, each time you do the poses you release a little more and it is a process. I have noticed that during and after the meridian poses I feel more relaxed and centered.

With today's energy fluxuations it is hard to stay centered. On the mornings that I do this routine I feel centered, relaxed and am able to focus better.

One of the books that I also found that is most helpful for self healing/discovery is Free to Love, Free to Heal: Heal Your Body by Healing Your Emotions Dr. David Simon.

Are you experiencing trouble opening your heart and feeling joy/love? This book will also help and it includes a set of yoga poses for opening your heart.

Spring cleaning came early this year - and we are encouraged to "clear out" as much as we possibly can. I know when I spring clean my home I love to walk through each room and breathe the fresh air and admire the clean beauty of the home. Can you imagine what it would feel like when we are through "spring cleaning" our minds/bodies/patterns? Wow! I can't wait to see what it feels like!

For those that would like assistance I will be offering coaching/Reiki sessions beginning the week of March 22nd. In the sessions we will identify blockages/patterns, learn meridian poses to assist you, and balance your energy with Reiki. Each session will be around 1 1/2 hours, $50 and I will give you a copy of the meridian poses to work on at home. I would like to note that I am not nor do I claim to be a Yoga instructor. These poses are simple and I am just sharing my limited knowledge of yoga as I believe it is instrumental in the healing process. Call Vickie for an appointment 419-512-2732.

I hope all this helps dear fellow light workers. May you all be blessed, love Vickie
