Transforming
Energies for March 9, 2010
Good morning
everyone! What is happening now with these wild energies?
For us (my sister and I) it has been a whirlwind of
activity, "get 'er done" type energies. My sister and I
unveiled "Transforming Crystals" on Saturday at the Awaken
Your Divine Heart expo. Preparation for this event was
intense as we were busy creating the stories for the
crystals, labeling, organizing etc. We were up before the
sun event thought about opening its rays and to bed late for
two days in a row! Even though we worked our fingers to the
bone, we just couldn't sleep! We were up at 5a again on
Sunday to prepare our case of jewelry to drop off in
Columbus at our first consignment opportunity!
Before I talk
about the energies, I wanted to take a moment and thank the
Mansfield Reiki group for putting together another superior
expo this year! I do not have the exact numbers but believe
that this year's expo tripled in attendance from last year!
You all worked hard and I give a "bow" of gratitude to each
of you! Thank you for bringing to Mansfield this opportunity
for us all to gather, grow and share.
And now for
the energies! Currently we are in a "masculine" energy
phase, a "get 'er done" energy with lots of activity. Many
that I have talked to have been having trouble sleeping at
night. They wake up multiple times during the night
especially between those magic hours of 3-4am. I myself
finally slept through the night last night, the first time
in almost a week! So what is up with that?
Our "dream
time" has become a time of finishing unresolved business and
we are very "busy" all night long. Much is happening right
now on all levels and it is like we are finishing those last
minute details of our present lives in preparation for new
energy to come in (I look for it mid January). We are having
weird dreams that makes no sense at all. Don't worry if
don't remember them.
The most
amazing thing for me is that I had so much energy even
though I didn't rest or sleep much! I was worried as I was
so sick last year and didn't want to get myself rundown by
not sleeping. When I got quiet and asked God about it I was
assured that I am indeed getting the sleep and rest needed.
We need less sleep then we previously needed.
This
"masculine" energy is a high vibration, thankfully not very
chaotic, yet can feel uncomfortable because it is such a
high vibration. We are living more out of our root chakra,
and the energy of the root chakra will be the more dominate
visually too if one could see auras. At the expo I had my
aura picture taken. I was shocked that it was a beautiful
clear red with some orange. In the past I always had lots of
white and violet. At first I was alarmed at the change of
energy, yet after talking to Diane in Maryland I now
understand what this means. The clear red & orange is root
energy, full of creativity, success and the focus to get
things done. I did notice that several people who shared
their pictures with me also had this strong red/orange
energy. My sister's was exactly like mine! Was their machine
broken? No, the machine is fine, it just showed that we are
each experiencing what we should be right now, the masculine
root energy.
As we work
with this masculine "root/sacral" energy it may be that we
are drawn to more "earthly" things such as nature and
stones. It is no wonder that my root chakra is so strong as
I work with the crystals and stones that I wrap. What a
wonderful way to clear root issues and strengthen those
areas of our chakras! We may also feel a bit of a gap in
sensing the angels and guides, the more spiritual energies
right now. Have no fear, they are still with you, they just
have stepped back to allow us to work through our
root/sacral chakra energies on our own. (It is like taking
your hands away from a child learning to walk and smiling
while they start to wobble forward and balance! : ) They are
always there when we need them.
Issues will
be coming up of any relationship that is not in balance so
if you have friendships and relationships that are not
balanced you may seem at "odds" right now. As we feel the
push of masculine energy those that naturally have a strong
feminine vibration will try to pull away. Allow them to be
where they are and try to understand that it isn't personal,
everyone is just where they are right now and when the
energies become more balanced so will your relationship. In
the meantime, send them a bit of love and focus on your own
balance.
Balance is
the next topic as we must find a balance in this energy is
difficult. Our minds become so focused with the masculine
energy that we forget to soften it and "relate" to others.
It feels almost like we are running a race and those around
us must keep up with our pace to be able to relate to us.
Being in the "flow" doesn't come as natural as it does with
the feminine energy and at times we must be more conscious
as where we are at and how we are relating. Are we coming
from too much masculine energy? Do I need to soften it a
bit? In preparing for the expo I easily jumped into this
masculine energy with both feet. I was grateful that it gave
me the stamina to get everything done yet it seemed that I
got stuck in the high gear and couldn't slow down even after
the event was over. I was out of balance, knew I was out of
balanced yet couldn't seem to even quiet my racing mind
(that was constantly thinking of the next thing to do) to
even allow myself to rest. Thankfully I was blessed with a
quiet evening at home by myself last night. While shopping
for crystals I found a wonderful CD by John Goldman, TANTRA
OF SOUND HARMONIZER which balances and harmonizes your
chakras and brain waves. I had a wonderful hot bath with
aroma therapy oils (lavender to relax and soften, eucalyptus
to sooth muscle soreness and lemongrass to sooth the
emotions), placed lavender and rosewood in my aroma disk to
dispense in my room, fixed me a nice hot cup of sleepy time
tea in my special cup, and turned on my new CD which I set
to repeat all night. Ah... the first night's undisturbed
rest in a week!
I am also
wearing amazonite again to bring in more feminine energy and
balance with the masculine energies. I am starting to feel a
bit softer yet still able to get things done.
Sinuses are
still an issue for most, followed by aches in your teeth. I
keep going up and down with this one and haven't found the
number one cure. Also sinus headaches can been annoying at
best. From Louise Hays: "Sinus problems usually come from
irritation to one person, perhaps someone close. You let
this person get in your face too much. This could be a
partner, relative, or boss. You feel you don't have the
right to breathe for yourself. Too much to do and too much
pressure. Deep breathing, meditation, yoga, conscious
relaxation could help. Affirm: I take in life fully and
freely. I am safe. Life loves me and takes care of me. I am
protected. Everything I need comes to me when I need it. All
is well."
The energies
flying around right now are not harmonizing and seem at
times overwhelming. Finding a pocket of energy that you
resonate with and self harmonizing can help.
