The information regarding
Stress and Adrenal glands is for informational purposes only and is obtained

the intent to project such. If you feel at risk for adrenal fatigue please

Adrenal Fatigue Symptoms
Imagine if you could, a life
where you are so exhausted from the simple chores of daily
life that you are bound to a bed. Simple events like a
phone or doorbell ringing can startle you. All of your
senses seem to be heightened to the point of overdrive,
simple pleasures such of TV could be too stimulating. You
have an unexplained onset of impending doom, depression,
sudden anxiety attacks, hypoglycemia, hypotension, and your
heart races for no apparent reason. Exhausted as you are,
you lie awake at night unable to sleep or if you do sleep
you wake up in the morning as if your head never hit the
pillow. Day after day you drag yourself through, napping at
lunch time to get through the afternoon, napping after work
to get through the evening. “Power” naps become your
mainstay of survival. You indeed feel like you are the
“living dead” and seem to spiral downwards out of control.
Your memory and thought process is foggy to the point that
you feel like you are living in a cloud. These are symptoms
of the end stages of adrenal fatigue which described my very
life less than a year ago in 2008. I had sunk so far into
the incessant pit of incapacitation and debilitation that I
feared I would never truly live a vibrant healthy life
again. Please know if the above or information on this
site describes you, YOU CAN REBUILD YOUR ADRENALS AND LIVE A
FULL ENERGETIC LIFE!
