Let the Music Sooth Your Soul!

Sound Healing by Jill Mattson

There are so many ways to use sound and music to enhance healing, your memory, your clarity of thinking, your energy, your mood, your spirituality and so much more!!!

Right now enjoy the music.

The songs from the 'Paint your Soul' CD have the Fibonacci numbers, converted into tones, and well as the healing ancient Solfeggio tones from the middle gages. These tones are played on tuning forks (in the background) as these exact tones are not found in our musical system today!

The songs from the 'You Are Star Dust' CD has tones emitted from the stars, raised up octaves into our healing range, in tuning forks in the background. The ancient Chinese used to "play the stars" to balance one's spirit.  You will find this music healing and soothing!

The song from the Flower Symphonies helps you release negative emotions. We all have stored up negative emotions that, when freed, enable us to have greater emotional freedom.

Unfortunately, we feel a negative emotion when we release it. To make this process easier, the Flower Symphonies, allow us to feel a  negative emotion for release, without thinking of the specifics that caused the situation. It is enough to simply feel the emotion. That is so much easier! Isn't music a great thing???

The second half of the song, is a virtue or a feeling at the opposite end of the spectrum than the negative emotion. For example, sincerity and insincerity, or indecision versus inner peace. The virtue, such as inner peace, can be practiced, making it easier to feel this emotion automatically!

Enjoy the wonderful gifts of the music, letting the music play you, ever blessing!

“To continue one’s journey in the darkness with one’s footsteps guided by the illumination of remembered radiance is to know courage of a peculiar kind––the courage to demand that light continue to be light even in the surrounding darkness.” --Howard Thurman
